Blake really is going to tear his family apart on his crusade to take Danny from Steven. Andrew makes clear that Blake needs some family members to testify on his behalf. | ||||

Sammy Jo learns about the hearing. | ||||
| Scene 3 : Denver Carrington (Blake's office) | ||||

Krystle informs Blake that she is going to testify on behalf of Steve. | ||||
| Scene 4 : La Mirage (Fallon's office) | ||||
|
Claudia has been hired by Fallon to work at La Mirage. Claudia does not know that Steven asked his sister to hire her (even though Fallon was relunctant because about what happened on the roof one year ago). | ||||
| Scene 5 : La Mirage (El Matador Bar) | ||||
|
Andrew warns Krystke that he is going to vigorously cross examine her. | ||||
| Scene 6 : Carrington Mansion (Nursery/Vestibule) | ||||
|
Jeff and Kirby visit L.B. While Jeff is talking with Blake, Kirby remains alone with the baby. Coincidentally Alexis goes to visit L.B. as Kirby happens to be in the nursery with the child. Kirby gets into it with Alexis and she ends up choking her. Blake and Jeff stop this madness. | ||||
| Scene 7 : Carrington Mansion (Pool Area) | ||||

Privately, Blake tells Alexis that she is no longer welcome at the mansion to see L.B. and that she needs to make arrangements with Fallon. | ||||
| Scene 8 : Denver Carrington (Blake's office) | ||||
|
Adam continues to be sympathetic. He visits Blake at Denver Carrington to say goodbye. Blake wishes he would stay since they are both pretty much isolated from the rest of the family. Adam actually agrees. | ||||
| Scene 9 : El Royale (Steven's apartment) | ||||
|
Mrs. Pomeroy, some social worker, makes a surprise visit. Steven is not nice with her. When she leaves, Steven once again tells Chris that he can't go through all this. Chris insists that he must fight for his rights. | ||||
| Scene 10 : Denver Road | ||||
|
Fallon catches up Jeff while he is driving to Nine Oaks and relates her investigation on Adam. She is getting no where on finding out about the miracles of mercuric oxide. Unfortunately, the foreman at the plant in Billings no longer works there so she cannot determine whether Adam was the attorney on the case. Besides, Jeff thinks that Adam would not go so far as to poison him. Jeff thinks that Adam would not go so far as to poison him. | ||||
| Scene 11 : Nine Oaks (Living room) | ||||
|
Adam tries to be nice with Kirby and brings her a gift for heir soon-to-be-born baby but she and Jeff do not appreciate the attention. So Adam tells them he has moved into the mansion so they will be neighbours. | ||||

|
Kirby has another nightmare involving Adam. | ||||
| Scene 13 : Hearing Room (Hall) | ||||
|
Blake and Steven exchange hatred glances. | ||||
| Scene 14 : La Mirage (Exteriors/Tennis Court) | ||||

Krystle and Alexis are there to support Steven. | ||||
| Scene 15 : Hearing Room (Interiors) | ||||
|
Her visit at Steven's apartment left a bad impression with Mrs. Pomeroy, not that he would have any success with her because she believes that a child that is raised in a home with two homosexual will end up being gay. | ||||
| Scene 16 : New York (Makeup room) | ||||
|
Sammy Jo tries to reach Blake at Denver Carrington but he is not there. | ||||
| Scene 17 : Hearing Room (Interiors) | ||||
|
Blake goes on some high moral ground about wanting what is best for the child, and the unnatural environment that Steven would provide is not the best for Danny. | ||||
| Scene 18 : La Mirage (El Matador Bar) | ||||
|
Alexis does not think Chris Deegan was harsh enough with Blake. | ||||
| Scene 19 : Hearing Room (Interiors) | ||||
|
Krystle testifies in favor of Steven. Of course, Blake does not allow Andrew to cross examine Krystle. | ||||
| Scene 20 : Hearing Room (Interiors) | ||||
|
Alexis provokes Blake when she testifies. Chris wants to focus on the fitness of Steven as a parent, but Alexis wants to discuss Blake's fitness. This sets off Blake who screams that Alexis made Steven a gay and that he had spent his life trying to correct that and make it a man. The judge had enough of this nonsense and calls a recess for the day. | ||||
| Scene 21 : Hearing Room (Powder Room) | ||||
|
Krystle confronts Alexis about what she said on the stand. But Alexis has not time for Krystle. | ||||
| Scene 22 : Hearing Room (Interiors) | ||||
|
Blake tries to explain himself to Steven but Steven retorts that Blake hates him and always has. | ||||
| Scene 23 : La Mirage (Hall/Stairway) | ||||
|
Mark would like to buy a drink to Krystle but she would like being alone. | ||||
| Scene 24 : Carrington Mansion (Library)/New York (phone booth) | ||||
|
Blake may have a trick up his sleeve. Sammy Jo, who feels Steven broke some bargain, is more than willing to come to Denver to testify at the hearing. |
